There are so many realtors out there and Stacy showed up at my home and told me everything that I needed to do and she personally helped me to clean vent covers, she climbed a ladder and helped paint helped me to find contractors to do other work, she is a worker, we then put a sign in our yard and had 9 offers over our asking price our first 2 days on market. From beginning to end Stacey was there through the process. Answering any questions that we had, texting to see if we needed anything or just saying hello. We struggled with the management of one our our rental homes, and were so discouraged with our former property manager that we decided to sell our home and look for a local realtor near the Locust Grove / Atlanta area. Then we found Stacy! At first we just wanted to sell the home, and Stacy jumped all over it, fixed up the home in a day and turned around and listed it the next day (it had to be some kind of record!). But then my wife and I felt so confident with Stacy, we asked her if she could manage the property for us, and thankfully for us, she could! Seven years ago, I found Market South Properties; signed a rental management agreement with them and never looked back. Within two months, we had our first renter and the home has been consistently rented with only two different renters, who paid on time. They must do a pretty good job of screening in order to find renters with such a good payment record. Market South managed the property and dealt with the renters. If something had to be repaired, they found the people to make the repairs in a prompt, timely and cost effective manner. There were never any issues for me to deal with since they took care of everything. When the time came to sell the property, I signed an agreement with them to sell the property and they brought me an offer within 60 days that I accepted. We have had a very good relationship. I have found them to be professional, responsive and great people to do business with. Give them a try.

Nichols, when she assisted me in my search for a home. To begin with, she was always kind and friendly. One thing I can note, was her pleasant attitude that was always present . She was very kind to my children as well. She was always welcomed into my space. She made herself available to assist me and answer all questions I had. She always made me feel comfortable and was always honest and up front. She aided in the process of finding the right home for my children and I. In addition, before I got knowledge that she was a realtor, she was a five-star nurse for my medically fragile son, Messiah. Thanks to the service and care that she gave to my son Messiah, my life was a less hectic. She was always dependable in every capacity. She is one who treats others as if they are part of her own family and she goes an extra “three miles” to ensure her clients are comfortable, and happy. Hardworking. Diligent. Kind, honest, and compassionate were some of the characteristics shown by her. My children and I are extremely grateful for her!

She is a tireless warrior always fighting to help you find your new home. Having been in and out of the market for over 30 years, I've not worked with anyone as dedicated to our goals.
