I am an absentee investor, living in South Florida, who used to own a home in McDonough, GA. Seven years ago, I found Market South Properties; signed a rental management agreement with them and never looked back. Within two months, we had our first renter and the home has been consistently rented with only two different renters, who paid on time. They must do a pretty good job of screening in order to find renters with such a good payment record. Market South managed the property and dealt with the renters. If something had to be repaired, they found the people to make the repairs in a prompt, timely and cost effective manner. There were never any issues for me to deal with since they took care of everything. When the time came to sell the property, I signed an agreement with them to sell the property and they brought me an offer within 60 days that I accepted. We have had a very good relationship.
